RCA-50™ provides cybersecurity readiness assessments, risk analysis, and advisory services designed to help organizations understand their current security posture.

Services may include:

• Self-guided assessments
• Consultant-guided assessments
• Reports, summaries, and recommendations

These services are advisory in nature only.

2. No Guarantee or Certification

RCA-50™ assessments:

• Do not guarantee compliance with HIPAA, NIST, ISO, or any regulation
• Do not certify an organization as compliant or secure
• Do not replace legal, regulatory, or formal audit services

All findings are based on information provided by the client and industry best practices at the time of assessment.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Understand that inaccurate input affects results
• Use assessment results as guidance, not absolute assurance

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are due in full before service delivery
• Digital services and assessments are non-refundable once accessed
• Consulting services are non-refundable once work has begun

Exceptions may be granted at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, scoring models, reports, and frameworks—including RCA-50™—are the exclusive intellectual property of PS Cyber Defense Institute™.

Clients may:

• Use reports internally for their organization

Clients may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or modify materials
• Represent RCA-50™ as their own framework

6. Confidentiality

Client information and assessment responses are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RCA-50™ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

8. Governing Law
